Employment Shuttle participants learn emotion management and positive thinking

Since April 2017 RDFG has started new, fourth phase of Employment Shuttle in Gori. Out of many highly motivated people 22 participants were selected. The project will last till the end of August and help participants to develop employment skills and search for employment opportunities. The program is financed by the municipality of Gori.

One of the first sessions was about emotion management and positive thinking. The session was conducted by the corporate volunteer, psychotherapist that has a longtime experience of working in this field in Germany.

According to the methodology, Employment Shuttle  participants are already  involved in the activities of the project.

Employment Shuttle program methodology was introduced in Spain by the Action Against Hunger (ACF) and was piloted in Georgia in 2015-2016 with the financial support of EU in the framework of the LIFE Georgia Project.
