Nato Tsakadze – Finance and Administration Manager

 
Nato has been with RDFG since its founding in 2010. Previously, she was a finance officer for four years at World Vision International, creating project budgets and financial reporting for local staff and international donors. Besides, she has extensive experience working in finance and administration departments for international and local NNLE’s.

Nato graduated from the Caucasus University School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in International Business and has a master’s degree in Business Administration of Ilia State University.

Nelly Revazishvili – Project Manager

 
With more than five successfully completed long-term development projects within her career, Nelly Revazishvili is a seasoned project manager who is also well experienced in disaster responses. She specializes in project design and evaluation, social research and data analysis, and strategy elaboration and revision.

Nelly joined RDFG when it was founded and has managed various projects to support social-economic development in Georgia. She has also worked with government, international and non-governmental organizations such as the Parliament of Georgia, Tbilisi City Hall, OSCE, UNDP and World Vision International. She continues to conduct consultations and trainings in advocacy and youth development initiatives.

Nelly has a master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Georgia and holds the Certificate of Achievement in Humanitarian Response to Conflicts and Disasters from Harvard University. She is the co-author and former editor of Citizen Voice and Action, a community advocacy guidebook. She also co-authored World Vision’s youth club development manual and edited the Business Grant Support Scheme guidelines.

Revaz Javelidze – Networking/Youth Engagement Team Leader

 
Revaz Javelidze joined RDFG in 2018. He has a long-standing experience in legal practice and project management. He served as a Prime Minister’s Chief Advisor at the Chancellery of the Government of Georgia. Also, he served as the deputy executive director and chief legal officer at Millennium Challenge Account – Georgia. And, before joining RDFG, he was the first deputy minister at the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia before the latter was abolished.

Revaz has a qualification of a lawyer and graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University department of International law and International Relations. Also, he has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Lewis and Clark College and master’s degree in law from the University of Texas School of Law both in the USA.

Nina Kuparadze – HR Manager

 
Nina Joined RDFG in May 2018. Nina’s professional experience in HR Field covers over 14 years of working with national and international organizations. She was working as human resources specialist for AgVANTAGE (USAID Agricultural project) ACDI/VOCA, she was senior HR specialist at “SAKAERONAVIGATSIA”Ltd – Georgian Air Navigation Service Provider. She was working as a head of HR department at the International Association “NONVIOLENT PEACEFORCE”, JSC “Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation” and at Ltd “Medison Holding”- Medical Holding. Nina has a long-standing experience in elaborating HR policies and developing short and long-term HR strategies for companies.

Nina graduated from Tbilisi State Institute of Foreign Languages with a master’s degree in English language.

Nina Kopaleishvili – Communications Officer

 
Nina joined RDFG in 2019. She has over 8 years of professional experience in the field of media, communications and public relations. She has worked as a journalist in the major media outlets in Georgia, being responsible for everyday news, analytical articles and multimedia content; She has worked with respondents from public and private sectors, also with local and international NGOs. For years, she has worked on content related to politics, climate change, gender equity, ethnic minorities, education, social issues, etc. She has been the author of the important analytical articles. Before joining RDFG team, she had been the head of Public Relations Department in one of the private universities where she led PR and marketing communications.

Nina has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the Tbilisi State University’s Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (Tbilisi, Georgia) and a master’s degree in Public Relations from the Ilia State University’s School of Business (Tbilisi, Georgia).

Nina leads Association Rural Development for Future Georgia’s (RDFG) communications. In her responsibility is to develop and implement a communications strategy that meets the marketing and communications needs of RDFG.

Salome Malashkhia – Procurement Officer

 
Salome joined RDFG team as a Finance Assistant in November 2016. She has graduated from Grigol Robakidze University and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Salome has successfully completed an international exchange program, Business Administration at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (Heidenheim an der Brenz, Germany), which focused on Finance and Management. Salome has two years of experience in accounting, including profit/loss, counting all costs, and sending monthly and annual declarations to the Revenue Service.

From February 2017, she was promoted to Finance and Administration Officer. Since December 2017, she works as a Procurement Officer and executes all RDFG procurement procedures in compliance with organizational policies/standards and donor requirements.

Natia Skhvitaridze – Finance and Administration officer

 
Natia joined RDFG team in 2018 as finance and administration officer. She has 10 years of working experience in accounting and finance.

Natia graduated Ilia State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Banking and Finance, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a master’s degree in Business Administration- Accounting and Audit, and Chester University with a master’s degree in Business Administration – International Finances.

She has completed the ACCA international program and has passed F1, F2, F3, F4, F5 books.
Has chief accountant certificate from Georgian Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors.

Ia Tedeshvili – Finance Assistant

 
Ia joined RDFG team as an intern in 2014 and became the staff member as the Administrative Assistant in 2015. Her responsibility was to organize various high-level meetings, conferences, workshops, study visits, and seminars.

From 2016, Ia worked as a Procurement Officer and executed the organizational procurements in compliance with organizational policies/standards and donor requirements; In 2017, she was promoted to the position of the Finance Assistant.

Ia holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Georgian Technical University.

Shota Kublashvili – Emergency Management and Disaster Risk Reduction Expert

 
Shota Kublashvili joined RDFG team in 2018. He has 12 years of experience in the public sector in the field of law. For two years he has been the head of the Relations with Parliament and Legal Drafting Division in the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia. Besides, 8 international projects related to the environment protection have been implemented with Shota’s participation.

Currently, Shota works as a legal expert in RDFG’s transboundary project “Assistance in safety improvement of tailings management facilities (TMF) in Armenia and Georgia”. Furthermore, within the USAID Zrda Activity in Georgia, he leads the disaster risk reduction activities in the project target municipalities, elaborating municipal emergency management plans according to modern standards and implementing relevant methods at the level of instructions.

Shota has graduated from the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with the BA and MA degrees in Law. Currently, he is a PhD student at Georgian Technical University’s faculty of Social Sciences.

Natia Lobzhanidze – ENPARD Project Assistant

 
Natia joined RDFG team as an intern in February 2018. After a three-month internship, she was promoted to the ENPARD Project Assistant position. She has graduated from (ESPOL) Catholic University of Lille and has a masters’ degree in Global and European politics, and Food policy.

She has participated in conferences and discussion meetings organized in European Parliament and DG Agri oriented on Food Security, Food sustainability and food sovereignty.

Irma Kortua – Employment Advisor

 
Irma has over 20 years of experience in the field of employment. From 1998 to 2005, she was the Head of the NGO “Vocational Training and Job Center” (VTJC) Georgia. Under her direct supervising and methodological support Labor Market Policy Recommendations have been developed, more than 10 000 beneficiaries have completed the VET courses and 400 beneficiaries have been employed. Irma has conducted training sessions in the field of professional orientation, career planning and job skills for more than 300 beneficiaries.

In 1998-2005 and 2009-2010, through the methodology developed by Irma, the expert group has been trained and the strategy for the IDPs employment has been developed in 7 municipalities of Samegrelo Region.

Irma has contributed to the establishment of the Association of Adult Education of Georgia (AEAG) and was twice elected as a board member. She has taken active part in the VET and Employment study tour in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia and under her guidance, the concept of Adult Learning in Georgia has been developed.

She has participated in conferences and congresses and completed different informal courses conducted by such international companies as: FALA, FMH, ENTO, ATF Luxemburg, Counterpart International, CHF, ETI, IFC

Anano Chkhetiani – Employment Shuttle Coach

 
Anano Chkhetiani joined RDFG Team in 2017. Following her internship, she has started working as a trainer of the Employment Shuttle. Within her internship, she has participated in the field research funded by IFAD in 10 target municipalities. She was planning and leading interviews and focus groups.

Before joining RDFG team, she had been working in the field of education for 3 years. She has graduated from the Free University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations; Currently she is a masters’ student at the faculty of the Cultural and Social Anthropology at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

In the framework of the Employment Shuttle, she is planning and conducting individual and team training sessions for jobseekers in order to develop their interpersonal and social skills.

Ilia Bortsvadze – Liaison Officer

 
Ilia has been with RDFG since 2017. After his three-month internship with RDFG, he became a Rural Development Project Liaison Officer.
Ilia has worked on projects surrounding social and professional development with several local organizations. His experiences have centered on social entrepreneurship.

Ilia has a master’s degree in International Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and a bachelor’s degree in International Law.

Archili Pholadashvili – Liaison Officer

 
Archili has more than nine years of work experience with non-governmental organizations and has mainly worked with youth. Before joining RDFG team, Archili was actively involved in the work of several local and international organizations, such as GYE (Georgian Youth for Europe), Scout Movement and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights. He is the Director and Founder of the Alternative Education Academy, an NGO that involves Kvemo Kartli youth in clubs and activities that promote civic engagement and human rights awareness. He has a wealth of experience in creating and managing social enterprises.

Archili has a master’s degree in Tourism Management from Georgian Technical University and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finances from Ilia State University. He has participated in a number of training sessions, study visits and job shadowing courses organized in the framework of the Erasmus+ program.

Tatia Bzhalava – Liaison Officer

 
Tatia joined RDFG in January 2017 with a strong background in rural development, tourism, and formal and non-formal education. She has significant experience in delivering trainings about entrepreneurship, business plan preparation, marketing and sales.

From 2015 to 2016, Tatia worked with Enterprise Georgia in Samergrelo-Zemo Svaneti as a Regional Office Manager focusing on micro and small business support. She has also worked as a reservation manager for a tourist agency. From 2012 to 2013, Tatia was an Assistant Lecturer at Georgian American University, delivering lectures and training sessions in the field of management.

Tatia holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Ilia State University, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgian American University. From 2017 Tatia is an invited lecturer at Ilia State University and delivers a lecture course on Business Essentials.

Ana Khutsishvili – Liaison Officer

 
Ana joined RDFG team as a liaison officer in 2017. Within working in the association, she has been involved in the Employment Shuttle as a program mentor for one year. Currently, Ana works as a liaison officer again.

Ana’s profession experience includes the managerial work in professional orientation and carrier planning. Besides, she has a teaching experience in different projects either in the country or outside its borders.

Ana has graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a bachelor’s degree in Humanitarian Sciences.

George Akhvlediani – Liaison and Procurement Officer

 
George has over 15 years of work experience with non-governmental organizations. Before joining RDFG, he held various managerial and support staff positions with national and international organizations including NGO Foundation New Life and OSCE Mission to Georgia. He was a Senior Specialist at the Telavi City Municipality Administration in the Office of Relations with International Foundations and NGO’s.

George graduated from Iakob Gogebashvili State University with a major in Economics and from Malmo University with a degree in Sustainable Public Management. He traveled to China to study with the Chinese Ministry of Commerce in the Laws and Regulations International Trading System for Developing Countries. He also completed IRMA Courses for Procurement, Asset Management and Inventory in Vienna, Austria.

Mamuka Jachvadze – Driver/logistics

 
Mamuka joined RDFG team in 2019. Prior to that, he worked in the British Petroleum SPXC project as a driver. He has also worked in Privat Bank and VG Group for years.

Mamuka has graduated from Georgian-European University – BA programme in Business and Banking.

Currently, he is working in logistics at RDFG.

Philip Abuseridze – Project assistant/Logistics

 
Philip joined RDFG as a volunteer in 2014 helping in overall administration, procurement and logistics. Within a year, he joined the staff and was working on DRR youth engagement and IDPs Livelihood Development.

Philip studied Oriental and Arab History at Tbilisi Independent University, Foreign Policy and International Relations at the Diplomatic Academy, and Public Relations, Politics and Business at the Institute of World Civilizations. He has a diverse professional background in real estate, tourism, mass media, and development and relief non-governmental organizations.
